Archive - Old Delivery & Returns

Please note that due to circumstances out of our control, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when arranging appointments for decorators.

Paint Orders

Any orders received by 12 noon, are usually sent out the same day for delivery in 1-2 days. Where applicable, we will provide tracking numbers from haulage companies, so you can keep an eye on where your parcel is.

Delivery to more remote postcodes (AB, IV, KW1-14, PA20-31 and PH) may take longer.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated on the total weight of all goods in the order.

Remote Areas

All deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are charged at cost. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.


We understand that perhaps you have chosen the wrong product or you have changed your mind. In that case, you can of course return your goods for a full refund, as long as the following is the case: 

1. The products are unopened and returned within 14 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase 

2. You notify us about this by either writing to us at the following address Brouns & Co, Highfield, Selby Road, Garforth, Leeds, LS25 2AG (addressed to The sales team), or send us an email at 

3. You return the goods at your own expense and obviously the goods need to be in a saleable condition. The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address. 

4. The paint is a stock colour and not made-to-match. We cannot accept returns on custom-made products.


In the unlikely event that the goods arrive with you with damage, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. After this time, we cannot accept claims.
