HISTOCOLOUR have recently been appointed as the exclusive distributor in the UK for the premium Belgian brand Emente Paint.
This highly acclaimed Belgian brand, dating back to 1880, has a fantastic choice of over 90 vibrant, rich colours. It has been used for generations in interior design schemes across Europe, ranging from luxury metropolitan town houses to Royal Palaces and HISTOCOLOUR are delighted to be bringing the range to the UK.
Consumers are now far more demanding in their choice of products for their homes. They want to keep their families and pets healthy and allergy free, using natural and organic products wherever possible. Emente Paint is truly eco friendly, because it is not based on latex or acrylic resin but on water dilutable oil resin.
Emente don't use any heavy metals or toxic pigments to colour their paints. This superior quality, virtually odourless paint gives an excellent coverage and dries quickly, which means that decoration times are reduced.
The Emente range is available in four different finishes. Matsola gives a very fine matte finish and Satola offers a low gloss or satin finish. Both can be used on plastered walls, ceilings, prepared woodwork and metal.
The Metallics range is available in three colours; Gold, Silver and Oricalcum offering an ecological alternative to solvent based metallic paints. It is very easy to apply and quick to dry, allowing for multiple layers to be applied in one day. Metallics create a very sophisticated, dramatic effect and work beautifully in combination with the other colours in the Emente range.
Finally, Japanlac is a high gloss finish, which when applied, creates a beautiful, shiny surface, similar in effect to the traditional Japanese lacquers. This water dilutable lacquer is totally solvent and odour free, giving you the opportunity to gloss all the windows, doors and skirting boards in your home without the headache inducing smell!
All the Emente range is available to purchase on the HISTOCOLOUR website. Check online for prices and size of pots available on www. histocolour.co.uk
